ashwagandha: 1 Nos
Ginger: 1 Piece
Lemon Juice: 1 Tsp

1. Today lets check out how to make ashwagandha ginger tea. This is a very healthy drink and an immunity booster. Make it a practice to drink a cup of this healthy ashwagandha ginger tea in morning for best results. This helps in weight lose and improves your digestion. Very easy to make with a very few ingredients so lets quickly check out the ingredients and get started.
2. Heat a sauce pan and to this add 2 cups of water. Keep the flame in medium throughout the process. When the water comes to a boil, add 1 ashwagandha stick. Let this boil for 2 minutes in medium flame.
3. After 2 minutes the water is nicely boiling. To this add 1 piece of ginger. Let this again boil for 2 minutes. The essence of the ingredients are nicely getting extracted.
4. We are not going to add any sweetening ingredient in this tea today. If you want, you can add 1/2 tsp of palm sugar candy, but this ashwagandha ginger tea is going to taste good even without any sweetening ingredient.
5. Its been 2 mins now and the flavors of the ginger and the ashwagandha has come together very well. Then off the flame and finally add 1 tsp of lemon juice and let this rest for 10 seconds.
6. Then strain the ashwagandha ginger tea and serve it nice and hot. You can drink this in empty stomach in the morning for best results.
