Get ready to have fun with this easy-to-follow at home 45 MIN nonstop Cardio Trampoline full body fitness workout.
The goal is to sweat it out, burn calories for weight loss, build muscle for fat burning, and have a ton of fun me and my driveway crew. We also have 3 additional sections: Ab Burner, Arms, and balance . Bouncing on a trampoline is gentle on the joints and good for any age.
Equipment Needed: Trampoline [I use the #jumpsport fitness trampoline] and weights.
