In this video I discuss natural and holistic lifestyle habits that can help us manage stress. When we think about what stress is, we might view it as something that affects our emotions, or mental state. Things like worrying, overthinking or panic attacks. Even though these symptoms are often short lived and don’t usually have any permanent effect on the body, these symptoms should not be ignored. This is your body communicating to you!
The good news is that there’s a lot of things we can do nutritionally, as well as with lifestyle habits that can help us manage stress in a healthy way. One way is to make sure you’re nourishing your adrenal glands, which are responsible for pumping out stress hormones like cortisol. We need certain nutrients in our diet to make sure we’re supporting the adrenal glands so that in times of stress, you will have a healthier stress response.
