This ATOMIC SHOT will boost your immune system. This shot has turmeric, ginger, lemon, honey all superfoods that can help to boost your immune system and get a daily dose of vitamins and minerals from natural sources.
It is easy to make and has a high content of Vitamin C.
Turmeric contains a compound called curcumin, which boasts amazing antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. For this recipe, you can use dried and powdered turmeric as well.
(If you choose the turmeric powder you can also add some Black Pepper. Research supports that combining the piperine in black pepper with the curcumin in turmeric enhances curcumin absorption by up to 2,000%. The nutrients in fresh turmeric are more easily absorbed and used by the body when compared to those in the dried and powdered variety. )
Do not exceed 5 gs of curcumin a day. ( around 1 teaspoon)
Ginger is a natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant that’s known to aid digestion and relieve nausea.
Lemon is naturally detoxifying and alkalizing in the body, aids in healthy bowel movements, and boasts plenty of vitamin C, which boosts the immune system.
